ESB Fresh Wort Kit - Five Malts Amber Ale

A corker of an amber ale, with the versatility to go either side of the Atlantic for its finish. The use of US-05 or equivalent will ferment out more sugars giving a drier more hop lead finish, whereas fermenting with the S-04 will retain some more sugars allowing the rich malty flavours to sing for a more English amber style of beer. Either enjoyable in their own right, the choice is yours.

For the best results, we recommend using WLP001 for an American style or WLP005 for an English Style.
