With a higher proportion of wheat in the bill this brew, when fermented with a Bavarian wheat beer yeast, throws flavours of clove and subtle banana. Why not add coriander seeds and orange peel to replicate the world famous Hoegaarden style?

For the best results, we recommend the White Labs WLP300 or WLP380 Hefeweizen yeasts. The WLP300 will give more banana, and the WLP380 will give more clove.
